According to the Atlantic, producing a single piece of office paper requires 3 gallons of water — and the EPA tells us that paper production emits 3.5 times its weight in carbon dioxide emissions (CO2-e). When you choose not to purchase new paper or products made using new paper, you avoid encouraging companies to do more damage to our shared habitat. Go, you!
