SOLD – Rare 1913 leather travel folio for letter writing (portable organizer)

This antique stationery folio in gorgeous red leather is embossed N.P.O. & V.A., Minneapolis-Saint Paul October 1913. Backstory: The National Paint, Oil & Varnish Association held their annual convention in MN; this was swag, old-school style.
One side of the folio has two organizational pockets that fold out, accordion style. The other side has a heavy paper blotter insert that pops in and out of four leather corners (one corner will need to be gently re-glued. Given the collectible nature of this item, we’re choosing to let the buyer determine how to best do this.) Finally, a leather pen holder sits in the very center.
Measures 9.25″ x 6.25″ x 1″
