Junket started with the unexpected end of a marriage, which led to some colorful language. In the spirit of transmuting pain through humor, we started printing choice terms on secondhand textiles early in our brick & mortar retail run, figuring that if nothing else, we'd ease some buyers past widespread resistance to secondhand textiles by making them into product not available elsewhere.

It worked, and in the years that followed, swears on towels went mainstream. Some of these products have been given their own category to protect the eyes and sensibilities of those who'd otherwise find cold comfort in well-executed expletives.
