Refund policy

 

While we don't accept returns generally, we also don't abide poor customer experiences.

We have adopted a 'generally generous' approach to fulfilling some of our product listings (sending a little extra helps us avoid costly errors, and many folks appreciate the occasional freebie...).

That said, if you would prefer to avoid freebies or extras, we will gladly rightsize or downsize your order on request - merely include a note with your order that clearly specifies the quantity you wish to receive. While product price will not change (more labor + less product = wash), an increasing number of us are making purchasing decisions based on something other than price (and we want to support this shift!). 

We hold ourselves accountable for win/win outcomes. While we don't accept returns as standard practice, we recognize that gaps happen, and if you've experienced one with your order, we hope you'll reach out to us at info@shopjunket.com for a no-drama, we-trust-your-judgment review and resolution.

This goes doubly so for packages bruised and battered en route to you! Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong thing: we'd want to get to the bottom of the issue and make things right with you. 

In the event a refund is merited, you’ll be refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days of return receipt. Please allow another 3-5 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.  If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@shopjunket.com.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in both original condition and packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
