When you purchase this item, you’ll receive either (your choice):
1. a set of 12 secondhand-sourced embroidery floss skeins in a rainbow of colors. Colors will vary from order to order and may differ from what is photographed. A full skein of embroidery floss is about 2 grams, so a full set will weigh roughly 24 grams. Things you didn't know!
'Rainbow PLUS' option: when we acquire secondhand lots of embroidery floss, there are often partial skeins and project-length pieces in with the new old stock - some folks care about things looking 'new' and others, less so. If you'd like to increase your color range to include a wider swath of colors, choose 'Rainbow PLUS' and we'll pull together 30 grams of gorgeousness at the same price as a 12 skein rainbow (20% more thread by weight).

Refund policyWe have adopted a 'generally generous' approach to fulfilling many of our product listings, as sending a wee bit extra can avoid costly errors & 'fix it' shipments (besides, we find most folks appreciate the occasional freebie).

That said, if you would prefer to avoid the extras, we will gladly rightsize or downsize your order on request (product price would remain the same because more labor + less product = wash). If you prefer this option, please include a detailed order note to specify the quantity you wish to recieve (i.e. 'please send precise count of 7 for XYZ product').
