• Given that our products are not saving lives or particularly time sensitive, we maintain a 5 business day service level and choose an intentionally sane approach to online fulfillment: packages are estimated and shipped via USPS Ground Advantage, we pack everything using exclusively secondhand shipping materials, and we make our trips to USPS via bicycle, electric scooter, EV carshare, public transit, and/or on foot. Local pickup is available in Minneapolis (please contact us to make arrangements if you'd like to pursue this option).
• We are happy to speed things up on our end when you let us know your purchase would benefit from a faster turnaround.
• If your need for this item is more urgent still, please contact UPS or FedEx for a pack & ship quotation and message us directly to coordinate third party pickup.

Mishaps, Damage, & Making Things Right

• Gaps happen. When it comes to online commerce, there will be times when circumstances beyond our control interfere with business as usual. When that happens, we'll do our level best to work out a thoughtful resolution to the problem at hand. 
• We ship several hundred orders each year using 100% secondhand packaging. While we can’t control 3rd party shipping mishaps, our shipping success rate is somewhere north of 99.97%. In the rare event that your purchase's packaging fails and the product is damaged, you will be issued an immediate and full refund.
• If tracking indicates that an item has been delivered to your address and you are unable to find it, please check with your postal carrier/local office, your neighbors, and any security cam footage before contacting us about it.
• Returns: Please check in for prior approval to return any item within 30 days of delivery so that we can figure out the best solution together.
